ROSH CHODESH SH’VAT ecstatic dance gathering
Join us in Brooklyn this January for a soulful celebration that combines the wisdom of early Jewish mystics with the healing power of ecstatic dance. Led by Lawrence Dreyfuss of The Sabbath Dance, this evening offers a unique opportunity to embrace joy and connect with your body through movement. Ecstatic dance, a rhythm-driven moving meditation, has been shown to reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels and boosting mood through the release of endorphins - all of which help the recovery process.
In addition to the dance experience, the night will feature cozy winter treats, live music, and an immersive sound bath to warm your heart and soul. Come dressed to move.
