WORKSHOP SERIES
coming soon
There comes a time when not engaging in our destructive patterns is not enough. Sobriety starts the moment you stop, recovery begins when our actions align with our values, and we leave space to be curious about ourselves and others.
Join us in this workshop where we will cultivate the resources necessary to identify your core values, navigate fear with a plan of resilience, and start to craft your personal mission statement.
Who is this for?
We are a participation-celebrated, perfection-averse, everyone-welcome community of people in recovery and recovery-curious, grounded in Jewish tradition.
Some of us have worked the 12-Steps, some of us grew up around people who struggled with addiction, and some of us are recovering from experiences in our lives that challenged and changed us. We believe recovery is for everyone - and all of us need a space and place to be in community with other people who ‘get it’.
Together, we will:
Explore what it means to have values you can actionize vs ideals that keep us stuck.
Create a shared, brave space in which we can illuminate our personal mission statements.
Develop a plan of resilience and gain skills for the challenges we all encounter in our lives

If you are asking this question this workshop is for you. Working in the addiction field for the last 8 years I have heard this question asked a million times. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, I can just share the insights I have learned that transformed mine and countless others sobriety into a comprehensive journey of self discovery and meaning. Just as they say in the rooms this is a take what you can and leave the rest type of the experience. If the worst thing is you learn this isn’t for you, you have essentially learned something about yourself.

Yes, yes you are. We’ll meet for 60 minutes for 5 evenings. This is a gift for you — the kind of really fun and soulful gift that you’d never get for yourself but you’d secretly love if your BFF got it for you for your birthday.
